Shashank leads protocol security for on-chain development at Coinbase and serves as the head of security for Base. He holds a PhD in cryptography from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, previously conducted cryptography research at Visa Research and Western Digital, and has published extensively on multiparty computation, zero-knowledge proofs, and blockchain security.
